Online Authentication - Secure registration and sign-in utilizing 128 bit SSL encryption. An automated re-authentication process for lost passwords or user-id's is also provided.
Message Center - Brokers/Agents can view communications such as newsletters, announcements, or updated forms.
Applications - Utilizing state-of-the-art Association for Cooperative Operations Research (ACORD) web-based application forms, Brokers/Agents can quickly complete and submit applications for real-time processing. A real-time status is displayed for every submitted application.
Insured Management/Document Repository - Brokers/Agents can manage all Insured information in a single, user friendly, web interface, regardless of whether business is booked or not. Additionally, Brokers/Agents have the ability to view quotes, binders and policies, request endorsements, renewals, and cancellations online for booked business. A contact log is also available for providing a record of all communications with clients.
Settings - Brokers/Agents can manage personal profile information including email address, user id, and password. Additionally, administrators can manage access rights to the system.
Contact - MGA/MGU contact information is displayed to Brokers/Agents. Additionally, Brokers/Agents have the ability to request technical support or provide suggestions for enhancements.
