- Submitted applications are reviewed by Underwriters in the Underwriter Submission Management Tool. Learn more ...
- If the submission is accepted, Underwriters can easily generate quotes online using an integrated rating engine, submit the application data to any carrier for quoting, or automatically complete rating applications online with other web sites without having to re-enter the data. Completed quotes are communicated with the Broker/Agent electronically.
- Brokers/Agents review the quotes and request to Bind the risk.
- Underwriters generate a real-time Binder for the Broker/Agent and begin the Policy Issuance process using an integrated online Policy Issuance tool. Once a Policy has been issued, documents are communicated to all parties electronically, including Carriers.
- All documents are archived and data is transmitted to internal accounting and invoicing systems.
- If a change is needed to a Policy, ExpertInsure allows Brokers/Agents and Underwriters to create Endorsement Requests and submit them to the Endorsement Management Tool for processing. Learn more ...
